11am "What we can find in our local seaside rock pools" a workshop by Frank Matthews @ The Lemon Tree
11am to 4pm Mobile Farm outside the Strand Inn
11.30am Talk on Seaweeds with Bruce McDonald down on the beach.
12pm Angling competition organised by Angus held down at the harbour followed by a fish filleting display and barbeque on the pier with Michael Quinn and Shane Curtain at 6pm
12pm to 4pm Street artists throughout the village
12pm "Keeping Hens in your own Garden" by the remarkable Oisin O'Neill @ The Lemon Tree. Followed by Peter Lojewsky "A crash course on Bee Keeping"
1pm to 3pm Picnic in the Park with field day activities organised by the local Sea Scouts
2pm Orienteering Trail (pick up trail at the fishermen hall
2pm Air Corps rescue demonstration in the bay
2.30pm Official opening of edible garden behind the fishermen hall
3pm The Spinnaker holding a Seafood Chowder Cookery Demonstration

10am Arts & Crafts in the Fishermen Hall with information centre and first aid point
10am to 3pm Adventure Centre activities available in the harbour at specially reduced festival prices (booking essential at the adventure centre). Taster sessions in kayaking, archery & rock climbing. 2 hour sailing sessions also available.
12 noon Official opening of the Farmers Harbour Market by Sean Connick, the Minister for State for Agriculture, Food & Fish. Market featuring local restaurant stalls providing food throughout and Hog Roasts on a spit - music throughout.
11am to 3pm Kiddies activities in the lifeboat station. Face painting, cake and cookie decorating, arts & crafts, balloons and lots more
